6.1. After order confirmed we plan to deliver all goods within 14 to 30 days to all EU countries unless otherwise agreed with you. Actual delivery is often via third-party suppliers, and carriers can, therefore, be beyond our reasonable control. We do not accept liability whatsoever for any failure to deliver within that time and offer no compensation for failure to provide within any given timescale. Delivery may extend by a further 5 - 10 working days (if chosen installation service).

6.3. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will process the next working day. Delivery on weekends could additionally charge.
6.4. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also agree to accept additional delivery charges.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number and an up to date email address so that we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
6.6. During adverse weather conditions, our delivery service may be affected in some areas, resulting in lead times being slightly longer than advertised.
6.7. If you are not going to be in to accept delivery and you wish the goods to be left, please notify us before delivery in writing an email or leave a signed note on your door to this effect. In all cases, our delivery service is a one man delivery with a curbside delivery only. If you have any special requirements or believe access to your address may be difficult for our delivery driver, then please contact us.
6.8. If you have placed your order online and an additional delivery surcharge required your product will put on hold and you will be contacted to notify you of any other charges. You can then choose to continue with your order by paying the additional delivery charges, or you may cancel your order at that point.
6.9. If a delivery is refused at the delivery address and re-requested for another date, we may charge for the second shipment. If you refuse to accept an item that delivered for any reason, you must notify us immediately of the reason for refusal.
6.10. Carriers are not insured to enter properties and therefore will not carry any goods through a customers house.
6.11. If you miss the delivery of your order, you may incur a re-delivery charge as we have met our original delivery obligation with our first attempted delivery.
6.12. Delivery deemed as successfully made once the product has arrived at the address specified so long as the product signed for or a signed note by the buyer has been left to say that the goods can be left unsigned. Where assets are required to approve for, these must sign for by an adult aged 18 years or more.
6.13. Products are your responsibility once you have received them, your agent or the intended recipient or a signed note has been left indicating that delivery can be left unattended. Any loss or damage to the products will be at your own risk.
6.14. We advise that you do not arrange any third party ancillary services until all goods are delivered and checked. We will not be held responsible for the unnecessary expense incurred in this regard where the delivery estimate has been relied upon but not met. Compensation will not issue under such circumstances.
6.15. Shortages should be noted on the consignment note and notified to us within seven days of delivery by calling or emailing us.
6.16. We may not accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clear signature for delivery. If more than seven days after transfer have passed, please contact us.
6.17. If there is cause for concern or any other problems identified, such as damaged parts, on or after delivery, do not attempt assembly. Please contact us for further advice.
7.1. Logcabinszone.co.uk is now offering an installation service on selected products which includes our installation team delivering, unpacking and assembling the product ensuring that it fitted correctly and safely. Specialists will coordinate installation day with the customer before arrival.
7.2. Installation is available in the UK only.
7.3. A flat concrete or paved base suitable for the size of the building must lay quick prior installation. If on arrival the bottom is not appropriate, the customer will become liable for the installation service fee. The product can leave on site, and the customer will give the option to assemble the building themselves, or a return visit can arrange subject to payment of additional installation service.
7.4. The customer is responsible for providing free and unobstructed access for product delivery and entry to the appropriate site.
7.5. The installation Service does not include the fitting of any optional extras or other products bought at the time of order.
7.6. Customer will be responsible for disposing of any leftover felt and cuts off the wood.
8. Order cancellation and returns policy
8.1. If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have despatched, please inform us as soon as possible.

8.3. We are confident you will find the same product that you bought from us online. If you are not 100% happy with your new purchase an item doesn‘t fit requirements according to the description from our website, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery. You will get a full refund too.
8.4. We will give you a full refund and will collect it free. We also ask you to send us a photo so we can make sure everything looks alright before we send our drivers to receive the item.
8.5. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in a durable form, as well as keeping the goods in good condition while they are in your possession. In the case of customized orders where products have been made specially to your order, the above cancellation provisions do not apply.
8.6. Refunds will be processed as soon as practicable but could take a maximum 14 days.
9. Pictures and videos
9.1. Pictures and video on the website are used to represent the style of the product only. They do not describe an exact product that we will deliver to the client.
9.2. Timber products, in particular, are natural products and as such are liable to color variations.
10. Product quality and guarantee
10.1. Standard products carry personal guarantee (see product pages for details).
10.2. The guarantee is invalid if:
10.2.1. if the building has been customized or modified in any way;
10.2.1. the person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building;
10.2.2. the building has not been erected on a suitable sized flat, stable level concrete/slab base or placed on pressure treated bearers;
10.2.3. the building has not erected, fitted or installed correctly;
10.2.4. the building is or has placed within 60 cm of any obstruction (walls, fences, etc.) which can allow moisture to penetrate the timber.
10.3. The guarantee does not cover movement, warping or splitting of timber products over time.
10.4. All products sold are for domestic use only unless otherwise stated in the description and product pages.
10.5. The product build instructions which supplied with each building must be adhered to comply with the conditions of the guarantee.
10.6. Wood is a natural product and susceptible to changes in the external environment. Extremes of temperature or weather conditions will cause a reaction in the timber. Sawn timber and machine-rounded items, in particular, may split. It will not affect the structural strength of the wood or the product guarantee.
10.7. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract because of any delay. In performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Seller's obligations about the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Seller's reasonable control: Explosion, flood, Storm, fire or accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance or requisition.
